Alabama (Allie) is a 14 month old purebred GSD who came from a rural setting where she lived with two adults and several other dogs. She is settling into a foster home that she shares with three adults and three other dogs with whom she loves to play. She is house-trained and is working on her basic obedience. Allie is wary of strangers and is barky around new people but once she earns your trust, she is very affectionate. Her foster mom reports that Allie enjoys having toys to play with and a soft dog bed on which to take a nap. She would likely do best in a fairly quiet home with an experienced GSD handler who will provide her with consistency as well as a nice dose of daily exercise and a confident canine buddy.
