Hi, my name is Ajax and I'm a handsome, tall and lanky 18 month old GSD/Great Dane mix whose former owner surrendered me because my behavior around the new baby concerned her and my dad. Instead of dumping me at a shelter, they asked FRGSR if they could find me a new home. I lived peacefully with 3 other dogs in my last home until the new baby arrived, and then I became overprotective. I'm cautious when I meet new people, but if you have treats handy, I'll warm up fairly quickly. So far, I'm doing well with other dogs as long as I'm introduced slowly. My former owner said I know a few commands and I'm house trained, but I need work on leash walking (I tend to pull).
